At the present time, we are evaluating the sale of grass-fed beef. The animals, who are raised on our property in the Kippax Valley, are hormone and antibiotic free. Meat will be available in 20 kg packs, and can be reserved at this time. The animals will be processed at Eversons Wholesalers, Frederickton, and then butchered locally at Wingham Gourmet Meat & Chicken. The beef is delivered fresh in vacuum-sealed cryovac bags. Cryovacing allows for longer shelf life — 6 weeks in the fridge or up to 2 years in the freezer.
